Apart from teaching yoga, I am a also freelance dancer and performance artist in NYC; I understand the combination of cardio and stretching in bringing more health into people’s lives.
After five years of vinyasa practice, Tina obtained her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teaching certification at The Yoga Room in Queens, NY. She continues learning how to better teach the healing practice of yoga asana and pranayama by studying with teachers at the Iyengar Insitute and Samamkaya Back Care. Beyond teaching for Bike N Yoga, Tina teaches yoga and fitness to seniors under Older Adults Technology Services, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free technology education services to seniors in New York.
